HTML noobs

Maybe its little bit too late to write about HTML, why i still wrote about it ? because I'm still learning about it. also as an introduction to more higher level of Website Builder.
Why i have to learn to build a website my own ?
Because its expensive to hire someone with those skill to create any website for you. lolz
